At The Sienna Effect, every semi-formal outfit is carefully custom-made to order. As each garment is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been confirmed.

No Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All custom-made orders are final. Since each outfit is produced according to your selected size, design, and preferences, we do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Order cancellations after production has started

Please ensure that all order details, including size and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size or providing accurate measurements. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue where appropriate.
